Tayal Coaching Classes was established by the Neha Tayal in 2013 with the aim to impart education at its best and in a manner where students can unleash their dreams. Our small effort in terms of seed has now resulted in terms of great banyan tree with full of students and infrastructure which has become instruments for us to earn and to serve the nation.

It has been a long journey (over 08 years) for me in the academic world starting from MDU University as a professor in Electronics & Communication department in the year 2010. The most valuable career of mine started from the year 2013 when I started Tayal Coaching Classes. This field impressed me so much so that I did not look back to the university. I feel blessed and contained with life as along the way, I have been able to help thousands of students to excel and qualify in the IITJEE, BIT SAT which are considered to be the toughest Exams in the country.
During the journey, I met numerous teachers, entrepreneurs and students. Still I was amazed with the energy and pious thoughts of Ms. Neha Tayal, Managing Director of Tayal Coaching Classes. When I first met her in 2013, one thing which I still remember about our first conversation is the number of students Neha wanted to enroll for her 1st batch. She said with full conviction & piousness that she wants only maximum15 students in a class so that personal attention can be given to the individual, because she believes in “under-committing and over-delivering”. That day only, I knew that Tayal Classes is going be next grand success story.
Prof. Rajkumar Tondare who is himself M.Tech from reputed institution, is doing an outstanding job as Advisor cum teacher because of his crystal clear plans and systematic approach. Success Journey of TCC
Since TCC started 9 years ago we have achieved a tremendous Growth Rate of more than 60 to 80% year by year. We have got our Results multiple rapidly. The major reason behind our successful journey is that we not only keep our Student’s regular progress in our mind but we take care of him/her by giving the psychological support too. In today’s era students are soon going into the depression and Affected of the inferiority complex but we try to make them believe positively about whatever they are doing is the Best from their side.
How TCC is different from others
We always believe that student’s progress is above all, and Teaching methodology helps a lot a student to understand and grow in a better way. Only therefore we take all the subjects right from the basic fundamentals and Conceptual teaching is our main feature. A student can easily face all types level of questions if his/her basics are clear, so we mainly focus on the basic concepts. We go ahead as per the level of the student. Covering up the basic level we move on to the advance level. We suggest students to learn the maximum formulas, laws and Concepts specially before any major Exams, so that they can strike the solving process of the questions at once. We make them more and more writing practice to the lengthy questions so that they can learn the time management. Such as there are more many tricks that we use in our institute for student’s better learning. All in all TCC believes in the KNOWLEDGE not only RESULTS.
Scholarship
TCC offers Scholarship for such Brilliant students who are financially weak or not capable to pay their fees. We always appreciate such students to go ahead to expose their talent and knowledge. We conduct Aptitude test for analyzing such students and to select them further for free Scholarship offer. We also provide concession to the students as per their previous Marks obtained in the last EXAMINATION
Regular PTMs
A parent always wants to keep update with his/her ward’s progress what he or she is gaining in the institute. For that purpose we conduct Parents Teachers Meeting sessions time to time at TCC premises. Generally we conduct the PTMs on monthly basis. We maintain a complete progress report file of every student on monthly basis and it includes all the Records of student’s presence, absence, subject wise Syllabus portion taught to the students by faculties and the Scores of the student which he or she achieved during the Weekly Tests during the whole month
It creates transparency between us and parent. During the PTMs teachers put their view towards the students and even students raise any queries or questions whatever they have in their minds. Parents can make all the things clear during these sessions.
Doubt clearing Sessions for students
We conduct the Doubt Clearing Sessions after the scheduled class or lectures for the students. They can ask their doubts whichever they are having related to the topics they learned in the last lectures or class or even if some students are having a doubt of a subject and topic particular then they can request their faculty to conduct special doubt session.
We never leave students alone with their doubts and queries and support them till the last day before the EXAM. Our faculties always entertain students and try to make the study as a fun and easy going for the students. Students can sit for extra hours in the Extra classroom for the study or practice purpose.
Students can ask their Doubts online on the Whatsapp groups that TCC maintain in every class.
Back log covering batches for late comer students
There are some students who due to some reasons take late admission. For such students TCC provides the Back log covering batches. In these batches students can cover their left over studies or topics which had been taught previously.
Students can ask for the notes to the fellow classmates. In these special back logs covering batches our faculties make the students cover almost all the left over topics at their best with full satisfaction. Our study material also helps students to understand topics more clearly.
